Your probation officer will have specific detailed information for you regarding your court costs and restitution payment (if any).
Payment may be made by several methods:
- In person, at the Clerk's Office at the
Johnson County Courthouse 8:00AM - 12:00PM and
1:00PM -4:30PM, M-F
The Clerk's Office closes promptly at Noon for lunch and 4:30 for the day.
Please have all filings, requests or other business to the Clerk by 11:45 and 4:15 so we may assist you prior to closing.
excluding holidays - By mail, using cashier's check, money order or personal check* made out to "Clerk of the District Court." The mailing address is: Clerk of the District Court, 150 West Santa Fe Street, Olathe, KS 66061
- Online, using credit or debt card at https://kscourts.gov/eCourt/Pay-a-Fine-or-Fee ** Effective Novemer 5, 2024.
* Personal checks are not allowed as payment for bad check cases nor for juvenile diversion cases.
** Online payment will not be accepted for cases referred to debt collection or for cases involving credit card fraud, computer crimes, forgery or identity theft.
