TRAFFIC RULE - NO. 1
The Administrative Assistant will reschedule the first appearance for traffic infractions once, if the request is made at least 48 business hours before the first appearance by email at [email protected]. Thereafter, pro-se defendants must appear in person to request a continuance. Attorneys for defendants may contact the judge by email, being sure to observe all legal and ethical requirements. Copies of the written procedure are available, from the Judge, upon request.
Traffic rules 2, 3, and 4 are vacated.
