CRIMINAL RULE - NO. 20

Unavailability of Judge

Any action to be considered or taken by an assigned judge or duty judge, in the event of unavailability of that judge, may be considered or taken by another judge of the district, as follows:

1. The Departmental Judge of the Criminal Courts, or if unavailable;
2. Any other judge of the Criminal Department, or if all are unavailable;
3. The Administrative Judge of the Tenth Judicial District, or his/her delegee.
