CRIMINAL RULE - NO. 15
Consolidation
If a determination is made that two or more cases should be consolidated, the cases shall be consolidated:
- If the cases are first appeared on the same date, in the court in which the lowest-numbered case is assigned; or
- If the cases are first appeared on different dates, in the court in which the case of the initial first appearance is assigned.
A motion to consolidate cases after first appearance and/or arraignment should be filed in the Court which would be assigned the cases, if consolidated.
