CRIMINAL RULE - NO. 10
Motions
All motions shall be filed within sufficient time to meet the statutory requirements of notice and shall be in writing. All motions shall contain the date for hearing set by the court. A copy of a motion shall be delivered to the assigned Judge on or before the date of filing.
